How to prepare the मटार पनीर | Matar Panner.


Ingredients / साहित्य:


- Panner / पनीर (200 Gram)

- Matar  / मटार   (50 Gram)

- Cashews / Kaju / काजू (50 Gram)

- Onion / कांदा ( 2)

- Tomato / टोमॅटो (2)

- Garlic, Ginger pieces / लसूण, आले चे तुकडे

- Green Chilli pieces /  हिरव्या मिरच्याचे तुकडे (2)

- Cumin seeds / जिरे (½ Spoon/चमचा )

- Oil / तेल or butter/लोणी

- Red Chilli powder/ लाल मिरची पावडर( 1Spoon/चमचा )

- Turmeric powder/ हळद पावडर (¼ Spoon/चमचा )

- Coriander powder/ धण पावडर (¼ Spoon/चमचा )

- Salt / मीठ

- Coriander/ धण
