
KP Recipe - 10 : Ayurveda kashaya|आयुर्वेदिक काढ़ा |ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಷಾಯ

This will help to control running nose, throat infection, cough, fever and so on. Need to drink Ayurveda kashaya for 3 to 4 days and along with this need to take warm water. So it controls running nose, Cold, throat infection, cough, fever thus it will be the best precaution to control COVID-19.

Ingredients / साहित्य / सामग्री / ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು:
- Cloves/लवंगा /लौंग / ಲವಂಗ (10)
- Black pepper / काळी मिरी/काली मिर्च/ಕರಿ ಮೆಣಸು (10)
- Cinnamon / दालचिनी /दालचीनी /ದಾಲ್ಚಿನ್ನಿ (10 Gram/ग्राम/ಗ್ರಾಂ)
- Cumin seeds / जिरे / जीरा / ಜೀರಿಗೆ (1 Spoon/चमचा/ चम्मच/ಚಮಚ )
- Garlic /लसूण /लहसुन/ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ (1 Spoon/चमचा/ चम्मच/ಚಮಚ )
- Ginger/आले/अदरक/ಶುಂಠಿ (1 Spoon/चमचा/ चम्मच/ಚಮಚ )
- Turmeric powder/ हळद पावडर/ हल्दी पाउडर/ ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ (½ Spoon/चमचा/ चम्मच/ಚಮಚ )
- Salt / मीठ /नमक/ ಉಪ್ಪು (¼ Spoon/चमचा/ चम्मच/ಚಮಚ )
- Tulsi leaves (Indian basil) / तुळशी चि पाने /तुलसी के पत्ते / ತುಳಸಿ ಎಲೆಗಳು (10)
- Water / पाणी/पानी /ನೀರು (2 Cup/कप/ಬಟ್ಟಲು)
Process/प्रक्रिया/ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ:
Preprocess:
Make the powder of Cumin seeds, Black pepper , Cloves, Cinnamon using a mixer.
Make the Garlic and Ginger paste.
Follow the steps.
Add 2 cup of water as we are doing 2 cup kashaya
Then add mixed powder done and other ingredients.
Boil by keeping medium gas flame.
Once it starts boiling, keep it for 5 minute by reducing gas flame.
After 5 minutes of boiling, Ayurveda kashaya will be ready.
